Backstory
Over the years, while working with thousands of businesses, Rachel heard the same website and marketing horror stories again and again: unreliable websites, unexpected costs, poor performance, confusing jargon, businesses that didn’t even own their own domains and clients locked into ongoing fees.
So when she started her own digital business in 2010, she wanted to do things differently – providing straightforward, honest advice and building websites that clients could genuinely call their own.
That transparent approach has stayed with us. Today, Case Web Studio remains deliberately small, working with trusted specialists when projects require additional expertise. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth and personal recommendations and many have worked with us for years.
